Network status

Live network status is shown at the top of the Setup & Support page. It reports current incidents and scheduled maintenance across the Techarob network, and it updates on its own — there is nothing to refresh or subscribe to.

What each state means

  • Operating normally. No known network-wide problem. If your service is down, it is specific to your connection — start with Troubleshoot your connection.
  • Degraded service. Something is affecting performance but the network is up. You may see slower speeds or intermittent dropouts.
  • Outage. A known fault is affecting service. The incident name and, where we have one, an estimated resolution time are shown.
  • Scheduled maintenance. Planned work with a start and end time. Your service may drop briefly inside that window.

If the status service cannot be reached

The page will say so plainly rather than claiming everything is fine. That means we could not read our own status — it is not a statement about your connection either way.

Faults on the NBN network itself

Some outages originate with NBN Co rather than with us, particularly those affecting a single street or premises. Those may not appear as a Techarob incident. If your status reads normal and your connection is still down after the troubleshooting steps, call us and we will raise it.
